For years, Up Dog existed only in a sketchbook and a series of late-night kitchen experiments. It was a dream fueled by a simple obsession: that street food could be soulful, and a hot dog could be a masterpiece. After a lot of grit, even more grilling, and a massive leap of faith, we finally traded the cubicle for the kitchen and hit the pavement.
This truck is the culmination of a lifelong dream to do what we love for the people we love. Every dog we serve is a tribute to that journey—made with fresh, homemade ingredients and the kind of care you can only find when someone is truly living their passion.
